No. TekPayroll is a web-based online service. You do not need to download any software to use the service.

What web browsers are required in order to use TekPayroll?
Any of the following web browsers work with TekPayroll:
PC: IE 7, Firefox 2 or later
Mac, PC, or Linux: Firefox 2 or later

Does TekPayroll work on a Mac or a PC?
It works on both Mac and PC. For Mac, you need:
Firefox 2 or later. For PC, you need: IE 7, Firefox 2 or later.

Do I have to sign a contract to use TekPayroll?
No. TekPayroll is a month-to-month service. If you choose to do so, you can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice. Your final bill will simply include any services or unpaid balance due to date.

Are there any cancellation fees?
No. There are no cancellation fees.

How am I billed for the TekPayroll service?
We will deduct your payment from your bank account when we deduct the required amount to cover your payroll.
